In my time managing these 37 pages, they have experienced over 40% overall follower growth, with Instagram growing by 81%.

The Instagram page has a 7.92% engagement rate on reels.

This growth is due to these campaigns:

  • Linen Dream: find photos of the company’s products in use at customer’s facilities; napkins, tablecloths, logo mats. this campaign promotes both customers and the diversity of products.

  • Throwback Thursday: Your Linen service is a Company with over 88 years in business. This means there are almost 90 years worth of photos and history to share. TBTs foster community by sharing the story of your linen service, a family owned company in its 3rd generation.

  • National Todays: National Beer Day, National Hamburger Day, etc. mean highlighting customers that offer those products! This is a fun way to show off our customers, promoting their business and fostering relationships.

  • Your Linen Service’s social media serves to celebrate our neighbors/customers, create brand awareness, and advertise the products possible clients may not know about
