Dave came to me without any existing branding, wanting to have a separate identity from the realty group he works with. The words he used to describe his brand’s ideal identity: bold, simple, and modern.

His ideal customers range from young people in their 20’s buying their first houses and retired folks buying their fifth. With his adjectives and clients in mind, along with Dave telling me that he sells “houses, but really, a home.” I knew I wanted to incorporate that in his final design, and I think our brainchild focuses on both what he offers and his identity.
